Secret Formula for Business Success Revealed

business successWhat is the secret of business success? Blair Singer reveals his secret formula in this three-minute video.

First, he points out that you need to sell. Sales translate to income; thus, if you can’t sell, you’d have no income. The second element in the formula is a team. Singer explains that in order for your business to succeed, you need to have a champion team. This is very important because you cannot simply do it on your own.

Then he points out teaching other members of your team to sell. Each person working in every aspect of your business needs to sell. Finally, he elaborates the fourth point which includes three key areas.

The first one is the system. This refers to the selling system, the marketing system, the accounting and the cash flow system. The second one is accountability. By this, he refers to the numbers. He stresses the importance of looking at quantitative measures of evaluating things. Then the third is a code of honor, which he says, is the highest form of accountability. The code of honor is the set of rules, which holds everything together.

In concluding, Singer asks which of the four points are your strengths, as well as your weaknesses. He advises that you need to start with the base – which is the code of honor.
